ArirangPlay는 YouTube 영상을 어학 학습용으로 다시 구성해 주는
무료 웹 플레이어입니다. 영상 자체를 저장하거나 배포하지 않으며,
YouTube 공식 IFrame Player API로 재생하면서
그 위에 A↔B 구간 반복 · 배속 조절 · 구간 북마크 같은
학습 도구를 얹는 방식으로 동작합니다.
강사·크리에이터는 자신의 YouTube 채널에 올린 강의 영상의 링크를
하나의 목록으로 묶어 비밀번호 링크로 배포할 수 있습니다.
이때 전달되는 것은 영상 파일이 아니라 재생목록 정보
(주소 · 제목 · 태그 · 저장한 구간)뿐입니다.
어떻게 동작하나요
ArirangPlay에는 동영상 서버가 없습니다. 이용자가 입력한 YouTube 주소를
공식 임베드 플레이어로 불러오고, 재생 위치·구간·배속 같은
학습 데이터만 브라우저와 계정에 저장합니다.
따라서 영상의 다운로드 · 저장 · 재인코딩 기능은 제공하지 않으며,
모든 재생은 YouTube 서비스 약관을 따릅니다.

ArirangPlay is a learning platform where
creators and instructors distribute their own videos —
or videos they are authorized to distribute — to members as bundled
playlists and run video courses.
Instructors can organize their own self-hosted video files
(such as mp4) or YouTube links into a single course playlist
and share it, while learners study through
loop repeat, speed control, and bookmarks.
